Vegas, a PGA Tour rookie who won the Bob Hope Classic in January, birdied the final four holes. Sweden's Fredrik Jacobson opened with a 65, and Americans Bo Van Pelt, Cameron Tringale and Jimmy Walker were another stroke back.
Ramsay leads by two
SOTOGRANDE, Spain ¡ª Richie Ramsay shot a 6-under 65 to take a two-shot lead after the first round of the Andalucia Masters. Ross Fisher was Ramsay's closest challenger with a 67, while Gregory Havret and Stephen Gallagher both shot 68 to trail by three.
